These terms govern your use of LinkLeads (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Accounts & access
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
The Service & credits
LinkLeads generates, enriches, and scores leads against the ideal customer profile you provide. The Service runs on a credit system described on the pricing page. Credits are consumed as you use the features; unused monthly credits do not roll over unless your plan says otherwise.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable marketing and privacy laws, including obtaining any required consent before contacting leads. You may not resell the Service, attempt to extract its underlying data in bulk, or use it to send spam or harassment.
Your content
You own the ICPs and pipeline data you create. You grant us the permissions needed to run the Service for you. AI-generated output (scores, summaries, openers) is provided to assist you; you remain responsible for reviewing it before use.
Payment & refunds
Paid plans bill in advance, month-to-month, until you cancel. Overage usage bills at your plan's per-lead rate. Because the Service is delivered digitally and consumed on use, payments are generally non-refundable, except where law requires otherwise.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Lead data and AI output are probabilistic by nature; we work hard to verify and score them but cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current, or error-free, or that any lead will convert.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You can cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for legal reasons, with notice where reasonable.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product grows. We'll post the new effective date and, for material changes, give clearer notice before they apply.
