LinkLeads (“we”, “us”) builds an AI lead generation service. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and product.
What we collect
Account information you give us — name, work email, company, and billing details. Usage data — the ICPs you create, leads you generate, and how you interact with the product. Lead data — the business contact records we surface to you, which we process on your behalf as a service provider.
How we use it
To run the service you signed up for: matching leads to your ICP, enriching and scoring them, billing your plan, and improving the product. We do not sell your data, and we do not train third-party models on your private ICPs or pipeline.
Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and a small amount of product analytics to understand what works. We aim to avoid intrusive tracking; where we use a third-party analytics tool, it is configured to respect “do not track” where possible.
Third-party services
We rely on specialist providers for things like data enrichment, email verification, payments, and hosting. Each is contractually bound to handle data responsibly. A current list is available on request.
Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and for a limited period after closure for legal and security reasons. Lead data you choose not to keep can be removed from your workspace at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact us and we'll respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular review. No system is perfect; if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we'll tell you promptly.
Changes
We'll update this policy as the product evolves and post the new “effective” date at the top. Material changes get a clearer notice.
